How to set the speed of network card automatically

I use the sysprep procedure to install and configure Windows XP Professional.
I want to know with which parameters and in which section in the sysprep.inf
file must I specify to set the speed of network card ?

NIC's set their own speed.. eg. if a 10/100mb card is connected to a 10mb
hub, it will connect at 10mb regardless..

It is not my case and I want to set the speed for network performance.
My question is still open, how to set the speed automatically to 100Mb/Full
Duplex.

A 10/100mb network card will automatically connect at full speed as long as
what it connects to is also working at 100mb..
 
My question was to set automatically with the sysprep procedure and not
manually.
