How to set password protection for All users

Does anyone now a registry tweak or the like that will allow me to define
screensaver/password protection for ALL USERS on a particular Windows 2000
PC. If not a registry tweak, a policy perhaps? Tx much.
 
you can set a GPO that applies to the computer configuration, it's under
admin templates, control panel, display I believe. You can enable
screen savers, set the time, and password protect it.
