How to open a password protected word file?

Hello,
I am using office 2000, and I have created a word file with password
protection. Now I forgot my password, and I have formatted my pc once. Can
any one help me?

There are password crackers you can search out. Try asking them in the
word.* groups. x-posted toublic.word.docmanagement
