How to set "File as"?

When entering a contact, the File As field takes "last name, first name"
approach by default. I prefer 'First name, Last name" since I mostly
remember people by their first names. So I have to click on the field,
and choose "First name, Last name" every time. Is there a way to set
Outlook to use "First name, Last name"? Thanks.
