How to set "File as"?

When entering a contact in Outlook 2003, the File As field takes "last
name, first name" approach by default. I prefer 'First name Last name"
since I mostly remember people by their first names. So I have to click
on the field, and choose "First name, Last name" every time. Is there a
way to set Outlook to always use "First name, Last name"? Thanks.

go to start configuration screen and klik on "post" now u
will see the propertys of your profile (if u get profile
list klik on your profile and than the button propertys)
here u got a item calld sumthing like outlook adressbook
(can varry couse i got dutch so translating dificult) klik
on propertys u will see 2 selection boxes (white rounds
where u can place a dot in and text after them) just
select 1st name lastname here instead of lastname 1stname
(ehh might look difrent in other office versions im using
the old office 97 here so...)

This will change the sort order of the Outlook Address Book, not the File
As... field.
