How to set default drive open location in Win Explorer

I right-clicked on the Explorer short-cut, selected the Shortcut tab and
changed %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe shown in the "Target" field to
C:WINDOWSexplorer.exe /n, /e, D:
but an error message "The name specified in the Target box is not valid"
was returned.
What is the correct name?

Here you go:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e, c:\

Where "c" can be any valid drive.
