How to set a default of maximize for new browser windows

When you select a link from one browser page which opens
another browser page, how can you have that new browser
page be maximized instead of small?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

1. Open a link.
2. Don't use the maximize button.
3. Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
4. Close all other IE windows.
5. Close the stretched window last.

Best option is to use "IE NEw Window maximizer"
