How to send powerpoint with music to others?

I'm using microsoft power point 2003.
I've created a power point attached with song, type: wave sound, size 424 kb.
When I play it, I could hear the song play along with the slide show. (I
save it under slide show).
But when I email it to friends by attachment, they could see the slide show
but could not hear the song.
Please tell me how to solve this problem in steps.
Thank you very much.

Just embed the songs to the presentation instead of linking them to
it. To address this issue, do the following:

1. launch powerpoint then go to Tools > Options > General, under
General options change the value of "Link sounds with the file size
greater than" to the largest file size of the songs.
2. Remove the sound files in your presentation, and then insert them
from your drives again, save the presentation.

The sounds will be contained in the presentation. Then you can send
the presentation to your friends.

If you large sized presentations, you can burn them to CD, and deliver
the CD to your friends. You can use powerpoint to dvd conversion
tools, there are many out there, like wondershare PPT2DVD. You can
learn more about burning powerpoint onto DVD from this article:

good luck!
