How to send on behalf of using VBA

I have a need to automate sending of email messages in outlook using data
from access. I've gotten everything down except for how to change the from
field to send from somone "on behalf of" We are using outlook 2003 and an
exchange server. I took a look at Eric's response on 6/4/07 and I am still
stupmed. I cannot give send as permissions only "on behalf of permissions"
for certain reasons. If anyone could shed some light on how to do this I
would greatly appreciate it.

Use the MailItem.SentOnBehalfOfName property.
