How to CC a few users inside the distribution list? For example, I got 10
contacts inside one distribution list, but I only need to send to few of
them, how can I do that?

Here's how Microsoft says to do it in Outlook 2003.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP010271951033.asp

I am also having the same problem. I can select some DL members t
send mail to using the "properties" tab in the distribution list i
Outlook 2000 and older, but newer versions don't seem to have this.
HELP

Microsoft's new "feature" (above) of clicking the PLUS sign next t
the list inside the "TO" window and then DELETING the unwante
addresses seems backwards and is not acceptable to our client

Any ideas...

Versions prior to Outlook 2003 has no ability to adjust DL recipients on a
one time basis.
They are all or none.
Only Outlook 2003 allows you the ability to remove recipients from a single
message without changing the entire DL.
It's all explained in the article. I don't understand what isn't clear.

Hi Russ Valentine,

You mentioned that "only outlook 2003 allows you the ability to remove
recipients from a single message without changing the entire DL." How do you
do that? I tried, but is not working.

Did you read the KB article the other respondent posted?
That's how you do it.
