how to select which smtp address to use?

Hi. I'm currently using outlook 2002 SP2 (XP) connected to an exchange 2000
Server. We manage a few domains with this server and in my case I have 3
different smtp addresses ([email protected], (e-mail address removed) etc.). I would like
know how can I select the smtp address to use when I send a message?. Notice
that I'm not refering to 3 different mailboxes, wich is fairly easy to
select, just 3 different smtp addresses. Also, what is the behaviour when I
reply to an e-mail ?
