How to see my encrypted files in excel

A folder is encrypted in user(limited account) by
mistake.But when we using a open a file then a message
appear can't open to read only document.& after then no
files are opened.

In this process i take ownership of that folder & give all
permission to administrator.but still i am not able to see
my data pls help me into this matter.

I rather new around here, but it makes perfect sense to me. If somebody
stole your encrypted file, you would not want them to be able to view it,
right ? Regardless if it is the Administrator, your boss, or your priest.

Should be only the person/account that originally encrypted the file can
view it. I really don't know if it matters who takes ownership. As long as
the original creator/account has read access, the original creator/account
should be able to at least view it. That's my understanding based
admittedly on limited experience/expertise. My not an MVP.

What did you mean by saying "when we using a open a file" ? What exactly
are the steps/programs ?

another harddisk or network then a message appear "Access
denied".When i want to open any file from that folder i am
not able to see in limited & admin account then a message

If you are saying that it is encrypted using EFS, then you need to decrypt
it for anyone else to see it (or you need to give them rights to decrypt
it..)
