How to save a Copy of an e-mail message on the Server?

Does anyone know how I can save a Copy of e-mails on my server (Verizon)
with Windows Mail. I know it can be done with Microsoft Outlook...not sure
how to accomplish this with Windows mail.

Assuming it's POP...
Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced
[x] Leave a copy of messages on server
[x] Remove from server after xx days
