How to restrict access to programs

I have a few programs that I want to install, but I want to do it so that none of the other users on this pc can use them or even see that they're installed... is there any way to do this?
 
See www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Windows XP Security Console. This restriction, and many others can be controlled with this utility.

The licensed version will allow you to restrict access to specific programs on a per-user basis.
 
If you are using Windows XP then this can be done quite
easily.
Right click on the program you want to restrict and
choose properties.
Next click advanced and choose run with different
credentials and this will restrict the program.
