How to restore deleted items?

If deleted using FrontPage, unfortunately No.

You might try this utility however.
http://www.handyrecovery.com/ but I don't think you'll have much luck.

Hi Evelyn,

Where the file open in FP just prior to deletion? If so, the FP Temp Dir may contain copies that you can recover from.
