How to restore blocked senders

All of the addresses in my Outlook Blocked Senders List suddenly disappeared.
I know there is a way to restore it to a previous date when it was intact.
I just don't know how

Unless you made a backup, it's gone. The Blocked Senders list is kept in
the registry, I believe.

I actually had contract MS phone support take me through this several months
ago, so I know it can be done. The complete lost list was restored intact to
a date a month earlier. But my notes on HOW seems to have disappeared also.
Maybe the cat ate them.
