how to resize graphic in signature Outlook 2007

I have created my signature and inserted my company logo as a insert graphic,
but it won't allow me to resize it.

It is better that you resize/resample the logo to the correct size before
using it in your signature. Resizing the picture while composing it won't
decrease the actual file size. If you directly store the logo in the correct
size file size will be reduced.
