How to reset path to programs in start menu?

I've foud how by oneself - you need to check and fix paths in regitry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders.
In my case value of parameter "Start menu" was set to %USERPROFILE%\?????
??? but should be %USERPROFILE%\Start Menu.
I spent on it 3 hours - wonderfull! Buy Windovozzzz now!
