How to remove list of mywindows files appearing on startup

Please advise how I can stop this list appearing on my
computer every time I start up or switch users, as this
slows me down considerably and is not required. As I
have to remove it before I can proceed any further.

you can run the command ==> msconfig from the start run and in startup you can uncheck the programs you don't want to run during the startup
