How to remove application

I have try to remove an application from my computer, but it give me an error
message that it not there. I do I remove it. Thank you

If possible - reinstall it then reboot and uninstall it properly through the
"Add or Remove Programs" control panel.

If not - try using this:

To cleanup the application.
