need to know how to delete a website address from showing
up in address files

Delete the URL from the Registry at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs.
 
Simpler way would be to use Internet Explorer for doing this,
a) on Internet Explorer, Click on Tools
b) Click on Internet Options
c) The n Click on "clear history"

If you need, to delete the dowloaded temporary internet files, those options
are also there.
