How to remove a button from the Outlook 2003 new message toolbar..

There's an "Attach as Adobe PDF" button on my new message standard toolbar
that I would like to get rid of. Everytime I go to customize and drag it off
the toolbar, it dissapears for the current message but comes back when I
create a new message. Does anyone know of a way to remove this button
permanently?
