How to remove a 10MB message from Outlook 2003 that is stuck in O.

Pull the network connections and get Outlook to start in offline mode. Once
you get it into this state, you should be able to delete the item because
there is no way for the sending thread to hold on to it.

Remove the network line cord from the back of the PC or do not establish any
type of network connection.
