Outlook 2003

I am using an authorized version of Outlook 2003 and I cannot get an outgoing
message with attachments (10Mb) to send or delete. Any suggesstions?

What happens when you try?
 
I am having the same problem with sending email with attachments with one
user in my office. It looks like it is trying to send the email but outlook
freezes up in the send/recieve process. I have had this user try to send
with a different attachment and it still won't send.
