How to recover a deleted personal folder ?.

I have been using the "registry Key " option for my mail box to recover the
mails which are deleted from the outlook inbox. but now i have deleted a
folder which is in my Personal folder and tried all the possible ways to
revcover it.
I could recover the mails which are deleted from my personal folder or
couldn't recover the folder which is deleted from my personal folder.
Please give me solution for this problem as i have very important mails in
that folder.
for your information,The solution that was given to recover the deleted
mails from the outlook didn't work to recover the mails that are delete from
my personal folder (.pst)
Please do the needful

you can not usually recover filed deleted from the personal folder once you
empty the deleted items folder. If Outlook didn't compact the folder yet,
you may be able to recover some of the contents:
