How to read and print e-mails without multiple addresses.

I regularly receive e-mails which have been sent to multiple addresses. The
address list is often much longer than the message. How can I remove the
address list from the preview pane, and avoid printing the address list when
printing the message?

Why not answer the reply to your previous post, sent half an hour before you
re-posted?
 
Simple, really. I am totally unable to find my previous post and any replies
anywhere in in Outlook discussion groups.
