Multiple e-mailings

There is an e-mail question with multiple mailings of the same message.

I use Outlook (not O. E.) 2003 for my e-mail. I specifically made sure that
MS Word IS NOT the editor.

Currently I do this for multiple e-mailings:

1. For 'To': I put a junk e-mail address (one that I made up, with an
'@' in the middle and a '.com' at the end).

2. For 'From': I put my regular e-mail address.

3. For 'BCC' (BLIND carbon copy that only I can see): I put the e-mail
addresses of the recipients.

4. Then I type my message.

I do this because I do not want one recipient to see who the other
recipients are. (Many e-mail addresses have clear indications for who the
addresses are for.)

Is there a way to have multiple addressees without having the addressees see
who the other recipients are?

Hi Barry, I think you are doing what the norm is, just BCC the recipients.

BCC will do exactly that. No-one in the bcc list will see anyone elses email
address. If you need an alternative method which is more suited for larger
numbers, try mailmerge or try our email scheduler
(http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm) which will allow you to send
multiple individual emails, html or plain text, with attachments, either as
a one-off or regularly at a specified time and interval
