Multiple e-mail addresses without showing each person's name

Is there a way to send a message to multiple addresses without it showing at
the receiver's end? I know using the bcc method eliminates this problem, but
I was wondering if there was a way to suppress it in a normal e-mail. This
would eliminate printing out the e-mail without having all of the people the
message was sent to printed out also.

Aside from using the BCC field, your only other option would be to do a mail
merge, using Word.
