My modem keeps trying to log on at 115.2. It cannot hold
that rate; so, it keeps logging off. My internet company
says I need to re-install the drivers. They tell me that
Windows XP has the drivers in the system and all I need
to do is re-install them. How is that done?

Open Internet Options, Connections and tick box that says:
'Never dial a connection'
