XP and cable modem drivers

Need help! XP keeps crashing when connecting to Internet
via LINKSYS cable modem. Connecting via dial-up OK. Any
info re: XP and cable modem drivers?

Did you set your account up on the LinkSys website? Have
you contacted their T/S. They're very helpful.
