Modem drivers

I am getting an error when I try and install the modem driver. I get an error
that windows was unable to update my driver and the modem is not recognized.
I can't use my modem.

Is there a problem for the com ports?
I try and remove and reinstall the modem but the driver is still not
installled.

The message I am getting is:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be
mising or corrupted. (Code 39)

Suggestions:
1. Read the manual and follow the instructions carefully.

2. Go to the modem manufacturer's website and download
a fresh copy of the driver.
