How to Re-Assign a Function Key?

Hello,

I need to assign Control-C to a function key. Basically, I click the
function key, and what is selected gets copied to the clipboard. I need to
use this with the internet browser. How can it be achieved?

Hi,

Many keyboards from 3rd party manufacturers (MS, Logitech, etc) have
software that allows you to assign function keys.
