How to print url's with IE6?

Does anyone know how I get my printer to print out the page url on top of
the page with IE6? Thanks!

IE-Page Setup

The standard header is:
&w&bPage &p of &P

The standard footer (where the url is normally) is:
&u&b&d

Change them if you like.
Use the context sensitive help (?) for more detail.
