How to print from Word's open file dialog box...

I've got a user who's running winXP pro, sp2. Office 2002 (XP version)
and on her win2k box she previously had she was able to have word
opened, and she could right click on her document in the open file
dialog box and print from there. What settings do I need to tweak on
her new XP box to get this function to work for her again?

You can't get Print on the shortcut menu to work (it just doesn't), but you
can use Print on the Tools menu in the File Open dialog box.
