I need to print off an email I've sent and without printing the attachments,
I need the email to show there were attachments attached and what they were
called. How do I do that please?

Why make a print screen (I'm presuming you mean open the Print dialogue box?
- but I still can't pick up the icons, which is what I want to do)? I've
tried going to Edit/OPen in Microsoft Word but again no indication that there
were attachments. Can yo please explain "make a print screen" if this is
different from what I've done? It could be the key - but I still think I
should be able to print the email from Outlook and have an indication that
there were attachments. Thanks Dave.

I have discovered that in order to prevent this problem, if I write the
emails in Rich Text rather than HTML, they print showing the attachments as
icons. This is what I was looking for! Pity the help feature didn't mention
this!
