MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2003

If we send an email with attachments to a client, we don't need to print the
attachments themselves but would like to view a printout of an email & see
that the attachments were sent.

In Lotus Notes, this was possible, but I've since switched to Outlook.

I've checked everywhere... Please tell me this is possible!!! Thanks!!!

In order to print the email with attachments showing in the body, change the
format of the email to Rich Text (the Outlook default). Bear in mind however
that if you change all of your email to default to Rich Text, non-Outlook
clients may have difficulty or not even be able to read that format.
