show attachments in header of printed sent email

when i attach something to an outgoing email in Outlook it shows in the
header and print view, but when actually printed this nothing to show that
there was an attachment. I have to handwrite it for my boss to see that I
actually sent the attachment.

I saw your response below and need help with the same issue using Outlook
2002. When I try to print a copy of an email I sent, the view shows that I
sent an attachment, but the printed copy does not. Can you help with this
version of Outlook?

Can you help with this version of Outlook?

If I recall, some of the formats in OL 2002 will show the name of the
attachment when printing and some will not. Open the message and try
changing the message format to HTML (Edit>Message, then Format>HTML) before
printing.
