How to prevent outlook from archiving flagged emails

Hi,
How can we prevent outlook from archiving emails that are marked for follow
up. Also is there a way for emails that are in the "For follow up" folder not
archived?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the reply. *ouch* it becomes quite difficult if there are more
than 20 messages for follow up, is there an easier way?

I tried to set "do not archive" option on a mail but was not able to find
any such option, sorry. Can you please guide to me to a resource or provide
the answer, thanks *smile*
