how to prevent/emlimate the porn spam email/advertising

Hi,

I am so annoying these days as my computer frequently
receive porn spam email / advertising. I have teenager at
home sharing the computer.

Would you pls tell me how i can stop this happening.

Hi Jane :

These rules have worke'd for me :

To block sender.... Tools menu|message rules|blocked senders|Add|type
sender|Ok|Ok. Also in blocked senders I made up a URL that works fine
blocking those porn e-mails froms URL's that keep changing and are
unreadable.
Made up name is unreadable_text@unreadable_text.com or make up some
variation of it, something like (e-mail address removed) or
unreadable_name@unreadable_address.com and anything you can come up with, if
they don't work, they wont be in the way either.

You can also make your own message rules by Adding New and selecting text
in Select Conditions for the Rule, Select Actions for the Rule and
Descriptions
for the Rule, they must match in secuence and the description for the rule
must include words that describe the offers and/or are abscene and are
repeated in most porn emails, type these words in Description for the rule
by clickng on the blue underlined value.
