n-CASE auto install and then comes the porn!

Hi,

Does anhone have any information about I can permanently get rid of this self installing program called n-CASE which is attached to emails and ads an dphotos and just about anything I gather, and fills my computer with porn, ads, and all kinds of crap. The add/remove program doesn't work to remove it, the program displays the required remove window for less than a second and it is near impossible to remove. IT seems illeagal, but I thought maybe some of you have found a soution. I have a firewall and havewritten the company who sends me ineffective uninstall programs that don't really work. If I see Paris Hilton's sex tape ad one more time I may blow. I am on XP running on SBC DSL and have just had one awful time with all this spam and porn. Any answers? - Natalie

n-Case is a form of spyware. Two products that are quite
effective at finding and removing such scumware are Ad-Aware from
www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search and Destroy from
http://security.kolla.de/. Both have free evaluation versions.

Natalie,

I had that problem. Look for any files named "ddm" and
get rid of them. They will be in all kinds of places.
Also use your dos prompt to delete it from your hard
drive. It is in your registry files as well.
