N case inquiry??

My computor has been giving me this alert
" N-case alert system detected that a 3rd party
application has removed n-case possibly without your
consent. This may cause some programs not to run as
expected. Please choose option: reinstall, leave n-case
uninstalled and clean up or remind me later.

I am having trouble reinstalling my norton, ;and was
wondering if this has any reflection to this n-case error.

Please help, i am sooo frustrated.
