How to Paste a Shortcut to an intranet file in a Reply?

I can get a Shortcut to send in an Outlook Email if it is a New Message. How
can I insert a shortcut when I am replying to someone? ie. I've received an
email asking where a file can be found, and I'm indicating the file with a
shortcut in my reply. This would normally be linking to a file on our
intranet.

Outlook 2003 SP2. HTML format. 'Paste Shortcut' is not available as an option. If it is a 'New Message', Paste Shortcut can be used.
