How to parameter windows sizes

Hello, I have not found the way to make the browser systematically display a
magnified window instead of a small one, when I click on a link that is
opening a new window browser.
The reason I don't want it small is because I want to use an
"anti-commercials" that automatically closes all new windows that are small,
because they generally are unwanted windows.
Thanks to anyone that would give me the solution

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

Caro

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.

i tried this, but it didn't work. also, some instances of my browser do not contain the links, the address bar, or the file,view,edit, etc. buttons. i can add the links and address bar, but when i click 'standard' i only get the icons for for back forward close refresh home printer and not the file edit view ones
