your computer? If not, you need to download the free Viewer: www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00153.htm
What is the file extension of the file that you received? That will tell us
what you need in order to open it. If it is PPT or PPS, then follow Ute's
suggestion and download and install the free Viewer. If the file extension is
something else, then that might not work. Help us help you.
