How to open Access 2000 database using Access 2007

I'm trying to open an Access 2000 database using Access 2007, but I keep
getting error "do not have permission to use c:\pr_access\ledger.mdb object".
I added the path as a Trusted location but still have the same error. Any
ideas for what else I have to do? Thanks very much.

That sounds like the Access 2000 database has User Level Security enabled,
which means you would have to open the database with a shortcut to the mdw
security file.

There is a password set would that do it? I tried unsetting the password but
still got the same error. I'll look for an mdw file. Thanks.

The database is not using an mdw file, or ULS. I've just tried to open
another Access 2000 database that has a password with Access 2007 and it
worked ok. There is something with this one database. What else can I check,
any other ideas? Thanks!
