How to network dynamic DSL connected winXP to dynamic DSL connectedwin2K between Office & home?

I am not allow to install 3rd party software, only allow to config what
already exist in the microsoft OS.

Is this possible?

Please help this dummy.

What exactly is it you're trying to do? I don't know what dynamic DSL
means....do you mean dynamic DNS, perhaps? Please repost with more detail.
