How to move around taskbar program icons?

Is there a way to move around open program taskbar icons?

Eg - If you have 10 programs open and you want to move the right most
icon to the far left side - how can you do this?

Other than closing and reopening your programs.

Install a 3rd party utility. Go to www.google.com and look for "taskbar
manager" or similar.
