How to migrate BCM 1.x database to the latest BCM version

I had trouble with my BCM service pack one so I did all of the recommended
upgrades. When I was completed, I could not longer get into my database and
got the message the my database could not be converted.

Any suggestions on how to migrate my database?

Hi

When you normally upgarde to BCM V2 it creates a backup file (*.msbcm)you
can find the same by going to My Documnets >Business Contact Manager >
Backups.You can restore the same by going to Buisness Tools > Manage and
Restore Database(do note this would overwrite any existing data if present
in BCM )

In the normal case, BCM v2 automatically migrates v1 databases the
first time it accesses one.
