How to measure CPU load on a windows ce 5.0 device?

Hi,

I need to see test CPU load on a Windows CE 5.0 device. I don't mind
using a 3rd party application but everything I found was for Pocket PC
devices.

Do you know of an API call for this or an application that will work
with Win Ce 5.0?
