MT2000 Programming - Windows CE 5.0

I am trying to write some code for the MT2070 barcode scanner that has a Windows CE 5.0 and I wanted to know how to send a file from the device to the host PC connected thru activesync. The PC can see the see the device mounted and copy & get files from it but is the reverse possible. I'm using EMDK for .net 2.5 and OpenNetCF library.
